Whatever happened to Mashburn Arms? I think it used to be on Penn.

And Southwest Shooters on Virgin street. The lady that owned it had a 928 Porsche.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think Mashburns is now the infamous Gunworld and someone in the ownership chain of SW Shooters died.
Used to love Southwest Shooters that old gal in there was a hoot.

after the store on penn closed, mashburn was across from old paris flea market but that was long time ago. sw shooters was a great store, bought my first higher end scope there. also the only place we could get remington nitro-steel for goose hunting. i liked how all the rifles were out for you to handle, not behind a counter.

The descendants of Mashburn Arms are said to operate Gunworld...in the late 60s thur 70s they were located just North of N.W.10th street on the east side of Penn. Southwest Shooters moved from downtown Okc in the late 60s I believe, to Linwood and roughly Penn about 1/2 mile due south of Mashburns.
