2nd off day of my workout week and my usual eat whatever I want day. Heading out for Italian in a bit. I've been eating pretty clean even during the Superbowl.

Staying on program pretty good. Keeping total calory intake down and continue to ride the road bike. 44 miles of hills today in west Tulsa and south to Kiefer...and including the Kiefer hill. That darned hill is 15% grade. Road with the Bixby Bicycle store folks. A out 50 bikes left the parking lot at 10 am.

Me and the old lady hiked close to 30 miles this week. Been throwing packs on with a little weight and hiking Turkey Mtn a few times a week at a FAST pace. We're doing an overnight backpack in AR next weekend. I'm still biking some. Planning several backpacking trips spring-fall.

I'm down 10lbs and she's down 15 (we each gained ~30lbs of relationship comfort weight in 2 years - lucky we're not short). About 10-12lbs more for each of us and we'll be where we want to be. Feels good. Eating right most of the time. Last night was grilled ribeye and baked potato and whiskey night, but we earned it.

Got four days in this week…it was a rough week after entertaining family over super bowl weekend.

Thursdays was noteworthy. Warm was a couple light repetitions of the "Bear Cycle" and wall ball/deadlift cycle that followed:

Barbell Bear Cycle:

Deadlift to clean. Clean to front squat to overhead to regular squat. Squat to overhead and back down to start position. Continuous, no pauses, each movement is individual progressing from last movement. 5 repetitions is one set. 3 to 5 sets.

Wall ball/Deadlift: (Prescription was 225lb DL and 20lb WB. I used the 20lb WB but I'm not there on DL yet, not in this rep scheme anyway).

20 WB, 10 DL, 16 WB, 8 DL, 12 WB, 6DL, 8 WB, 4DL, 4WB, 2 DL. Continuous. No rest.

Been forgetting to post... glad to see you all are keeping up.

I've been doing 500 burpes, 13 miles, loads of pushups and pull-ups a week.

I can't seem to loose weight, I was at 208 last time I checked. Wife tells me I am getting leaner though, so all is well I guess.

Did arms and legs in a split yesterday, arms early A.M and legs late P.M., and today was supposed to be a total off day but my buddy called me to box so I went for a bit until the lactic acid buildup forced me to quit. Since I was supposed to box Tuesday and then be off again Wednesday before doing chest/shoulders Thursday Im going to take 2 days off but may ride my bike if the weather stays nice.
