One of the last dates I went on before I met my wife, was in San Antonio in 95 or 96 I think. I asked a woman out, she wanted to meet me at restaurant. I showed up a lil bit early and got a table. She shows up wit her 3 kids in tow (which she told me she only had one). I said really? She said, well I figured if I was getting a free meal then my kids should too. Lmao! That is HYSTERICAL!! The old man's ex- used to leave their kids with us EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. I'd already told the old man I wasn't gonna be somebody's ex's babysitter every other weekend, and here I was with a couple of grade school kids EVERY WEEKEND. We weren't married then, or even living together -- he had his own place. I was sick and tired of it (he was working weekends back then, so she was leaving the kids at his place knowing full well I was gonna wind up watching them while he was at work ...). Just about the time I got ready to say something to him his youngest asked his mom if he could come live with me. She never left those kids with him on the weekend ever again.
