Very enlightening. It is a semi condensed actual account about George Washington. The first episode was Sunday. I'm watching number two tonight with the conclusion tomorrow night at 7 Central.

Yes, I've been watching as well. I've learned a lot about GW that I wasn't aware of before. I've enjoyed the series. Looking forward to the final 2 hour episode tonight.

I had intended to watch but missed #1. I looked it up and it seems that all 3 will be shown Friday starting at 5 P.M. I plan to record them all and watch on the weekend.

Watched parts 1 & 2 last night, watching part 3 now...one thing I caught last night was the fact that "Ft Necessity" was only 50 feet across or diameter or something along those lines, crazy to think about trying to defend that sized area while surrounded...

Necessity sounds more like an outhouse than a fort.

The way they showed it, was a tiny circular privacy fence in the middle of a field LOL

This surprised me as well. That and the tactical location was a mistake. The first episode portrayed Washington as making a series mistakes due to his inexperience.

It’s actually amazing how a series of events actually created this wonderful country we know. Had the British treated Washington as an officer and an equal in the military, we may have never had a General / President Washington.
