And the dynamic duo are still running together and hitting this feeder every night.

And then there is The Beast. He has cleaned this 250 lb feeder out twice before and in the last 2 weeks, nearly emptied it again. He has figured out how to bump the spouts to make the corn flow out. I’ve got to catch him out so I can whack him!

He may tear that feeder up if it goes empty when he is still hungry.

Mostly does and fawns so far on cameras. The bucks will show up here once they are posed for pics. This doe had 3 fawns this year, she has been a good mom.

That’s cool. I had a doe that had triplets last year. One had a birth defect that resulted in a crooked neck. As a result, she struggled to swallow and was smaller than the other fawns. The doe abandoned her, natures way of survival of the fittest. Happy ending, however, as the deformed fawn found one of my feeders that sat on the creek’s edge. She never ventured more than 50 yds from that feeder, many times bedding under one of my stands. She ate well, grew up and is now a year old. I haven’t seen her with a fawn of her own yet, but she may be a year behind because of her slow start in life. She was way smaller than the other fawns last year, but is now an average size yearling.

Got my yard feeder up tonight. 45 minutes later one of the yard deer was on it. She has twins, one of the other does has a single fawn. The other deer were in the persimmon patch on the south side of the yard and didn't come to the feeder. They love persimmons more than acorns. Our yard is full of blackjack acorns.
Don't have a clue why the thumbnail is even in the thread. The link doesn't show up in the edited version.
