Looking forward, I think we learned a valuable lesson here if an event like setting up a go fund me ever happens again.
We will have to verify and re-verify the validity of the account.

Agree. Need MUCH better vetting if something like this comes up again

I know it is easy to jump to the worst possible scenario. It could be a lot of things. Sickness, legal, or who no’s. Either way, let’s hope it gets resolved the correct way. I am in to help with replacing the funds if needed.
