Well, I would call this eat and shoot a success. The next FGST Eat and Shoot will be at Lexington. Date and time to be announced but looks like the first weekend in June. We have some checking to do before we have a date.

Thanks to all who showed up and helped out.
Special thanks to Rhino55 for bringing out the grill and a very special thanks to Harry for closing down part of the range just for us. Oh, and thanks to the powers that be for keeping us dry. Not a drop of rain fell on us, I would call the weather for the shoot picture perfect.

I was worried that it was going to rain as well, 70% chance of rain from 11 am- 3 pm and it didn't so much as sprinkle.

Oh, I forgot to mention, the next Eat and Shoot being that it will be at Lexington Range, we will have exploding targets there, so look for a good time. Off to the cleaning room. Back in an hour or so.

Make sure you take your hunting license there, the ranger WILL check it once he finds out about the binary targets going off.

You need one to shoot out there, rules are rules (your old enough you dont need hunter ed)

I think shooting on an empty stomach could pose a problem. But then again, if you've seen my gut, you'd know it's rarely empty.
Oh and typically, unless my wife did a particularly bad job making dinner, I don't shoot what I eat. I don't have anything against hunting or killing food, I'm just lazy.
