Forget black panthers in Oklahoma, I’m pretty sure I have a stag on my place in Canadian Co.

Seriously though, I think this is just a whitetail but a buddy is convinced it is a young elk. I really don’t think so, but my wife tells me I’m often wrong, so what do you all think?

Sure looks like an elk. I wouldn't have even thought about it being a deer if you hadn't asked the question.
