I just recently picked up a 1991 Nissan Maxima and I want the A/C functional before summer. It is an R-12 system and its going to need converted to R-134. So, what all do I need to do this?

I thought the oils were not compatible? Did a 1990 chevy quite awhile back and changed the accumulator and COMPLETLY flushed the old oil, added the 134 adapters and pulled a GOOD vacuum then add the right oil (PAG? IIRC) and charge.

So, update on this. I got all the necessary parts to do the R-134 conversion and cone to find out I needed a new A/C compressor. So, I ordered one and it's waiting to be installed.
