The OP's video was pretty funny.
The only problem is leaving a body to be found. No charges can be filed IF there is no body to prove an event occurred.
Had a problem with trespassers, couldn't catch them in the act, believed to be local teenagers just looking to hide out and drink. (found lots of empty bottles BROKEN in the pasture for horses and cows to step on).
Locked gate and they cut the lock. Took out gate and put up fence, they cut the fence. Put up sign, POSTED, you may enter, you WILL NOT exit, Sheriff will pick up bodies. Replaced the fence and NOBODY has entered since.
Would NOT have a been problem IF the a-holes had took their bottles and closed the gate, but they gotta be a-holes, so I show them how it's done.

Again, not true. Here are hundreds of cases in the US that prove otherwise. I sure hope people don't take what they read on OSA as sound legal advice... sheesh.
