I'm kinda new to the interwebz, and I don't use Armslist, but that sure sounds like an anti that offered to buy your item for the opportunity to jerk you around, and prevent it from being sold.

Does that happen a lot on Armslist?

Do people actually do this?? That is pretty annoying. I have used Armslist multiple times with no issues.

I have had it happen from armslist and craigslist. It happens. It pisses you off. You go on. It wasn't meant to be. Want a sure thing, go to a retailer and pay the price. Rule of armslist / craigslist = first with the cash carries.
