Beef Ribs

Swadleys has beef ribs? I’ve only seen pork ribs there.

I’m not sure what bbq joints around town have them... Beef ribs aren’t common. I do know about smoking them at home though.

There are 3 very different types of beef ribs (short rib, plate rib, back ribs) they all have very different traits. The back ribs are the most common, might see them in an ordinary grocery store, honestly they usually kinda suck. The other 2 types you’ll need to go to a butcher shop and request them. They’re awesome but take forever to cook if you leave the rack together.

It has been a while since I had them but I thought they did.

Only ribs I see are in stores, usually short ribs.

Every cow has ribs, seems they could be found. Same with brisket. How can a BBQ place NOT have brisket?
