Brownells used to have the best customer service in the business and I exclusively purchased a lot of stuff from them because of they did . Sadly customer service has all but evaporated in many respects with the advent of eCommerce.

I have had a dealer account with them for over 30 years. If you order a part the size of a BB, they send it in a 5X5X7 box and charge me *.95 shipping. I signed up for their edge shipping, and now tiny parts come in a padded envelope. Their "dealer" pricing is almost as cheap as regular online prices for the same stuff. Frustrating.
