thanks but I have that I I'm pretty sure I put 16/27 back in correctly and I didn't take apart the 15/26

H&H charges 45 dollars to put it back together.

i hope that would include complete cleaning and oiling.

Looking at the diagram, it looks to me like it should be in a forward position, not laying back.

I looked at mine, and I do believe it should be in the forward position, I think that pin sits behind, rather than in front if that makes sense.

whe way the spring sits it forces it back. I'm able to push it foward with a small screw driver before I get the trigger housing in.

Is it possible that you've installed the spring incorrectly?
