If ISIS has the commercial jets, I would bet on them attacking Muslim holy sites. That is one of their big deals, that modern Muslims are not worshiping correctly. They have already destroyed several sites and churches of all religions including Islam in the area they control. I can picture the crap storm if they crashed a few jetliners into Mecca.
