Construction on south side of *I-240* out by old GM plant

Like the header says, anyone know whats being built on the south side of *I-240* by the old GM plant?

Yes, it is. But thats on the north side of *I-240*, this is just about across I40 on the sought side. I hope its not another Amazon facility.

OK, if helps if when searching you keep changing the phrasing until you get a hit, and I guess I found my own answer. It appears to be a new Pratt & Whitney, military eng plant, article says will be 500 employees....
