Are there any CZ owners here ? Just wondering I bought a CZ 40P
the other day I havn't shot it yet but what I have read up on them they
seem to be a good Gun ! Just wanting to here your thoughts !

I had an EAA Witness .45 one time. It looked a LOT like a CZ. And was told it was a CZ clone. It was a great gun, but a lot less expensive than the real deal. I wish I still had it.

I've owned several CZ 9mm pistols and they were all reliable, felt good in the hand, and were extremely accurate. I think it's the most consistently accurate service pistol design around, because of the captive slide. Of course, that captive slide also has some disadvantages when you need to do rapid clearance manipulations.

To me, CZs have personality and are more "collectible" than most semi-autos. More like a 1911 than a Glock/XD/M&P, if that makes sense. For a gun to shoot recreationally and enjoy, they have much to offer. For defensive use, they are also good, with a couple of significant quirks that are discussed in the linked thread.
