I still say that it was the gun's fault. They should confiscate them all. If they had, this young promising woman would still be alive today.
Having worn a shoulder holster many, many,many years ago. If she had come up on me she would have been missed unless she was a basketball player. When hugging people most people don't watch being in the center of the back. She could have been off side a little. The real problem here is that a woman died. However it happen it is a tradegy. So, i'm really praying for both families.
