His name is Ronny Coleman. He was ;(past tense), one of the greatest body builders of all time. Now he is a shell of what he was. His liver and kidneys finally fought back against steroid use. Pretty sad way to end a career. Narcissism has its costs.

Thats not Ronnie Coleman. Ronnie had about 100lbs on that guy and no tattoos. Quick google search returns one Garo Brown. Ronnie also does not have liver/kidney issues. He has nerve/spinal issues from some back injuries/surgeries over the years. Documentary on Netflix if you are interested
