As local police forces become more aggressive with the citizenry, more cities will go bankrupt from lawsuits like this. I believe this gentleman should soon own every piece of Deming, NM. I think he is also owed about half of the counties involved. Just deed it all over.

I would push for criminal prosecution of the officers, the deputies, and the doctors involved. It is not far removed from kidnapping and gang rape, IMO.
