You know, the majority of cops are damn good, fair and honest people. Thing i think even you and I can agree on is how they protect those that are not.

Cops are so afraid of conducting a traffic stop now they have some robot they are training with to do from their car with a video screen.

Now maybe it is just me, but I would ask myself and the police why they are so afraid of the citizens they are ment to uphold the public trust with.

Time and time again we see how they just executed someone. Daniel Shaffer comes to mind for me, and the cop got paid leave for murder!

This isn't a one off either, this happens all the time, and its getting pretty jack boot.

You really need to stop talking until you actually know what you are talking about.

Do you know the 2 most dangerous calls cops go on?? Here, let me help you ...

1. Domestics; and

2. "Routine traffic stops".

Nobody hates a bad cop worse than other cops. Your beef is with administration and insurance companies and lawyers -- not the boots on the ground fella wearing the 50 pounds of gear trying to get to the end of his shift.

Most people feel the same way about cops as you...until they need one.

Yeah, I'll agree that cops have changed since back in the day, but all we/they can do is what we are told/trained to do. We have no control over the DA and all other higher ups. If they let the scrotes go, that's on them. But I did my job.

I've been a cop for 33 years, worked for eight different agencies. In that amount of time, I only personally knew two dirty cops.

One tried to convince me to lie on the witness stand and the other was a chief who would travel to another town in the city owned police vehicle, to pick up TV dinners for the city jail, and he would go to the casino for a few hours while on the clock.

Sure, the system is flawed. In a perfect world, we wouldn't have thieves, or rapists, or murderers. But this isn't a perfect world and cops are no more perfect than you are. They just made a decision to try to better their community as well as themselves.

Sounds like you might have had a bad experience with a cop once. Maybe it was a ticket, or one showed came to your house to take some kind of report and his attitude sucked. Didya stop and think that maybe before he showed up on your doorstep, he just worked a gut slinger car wreck? Or found the body of a kid who had been missing for a few days? If he was a little rattled, I'm sure it wasn't because of you.

If you think you could do a better job or maybe even make a change, we're always taking applications. Love ya, brah!

Personal experience i haven't had a bad experience. Hell one saved my life even. My deal is that I have tried to be a cop.

I was disqualified for my answer as to what I would do in the circumstances of clear child abuse. I was honest and said I would terminate both parties.

I know it is the only way to end the cycle from experience. They offered me a chance to amend my statement lol.

Besides police now are just the enforcement for extortion by the state . Now before you say...but you advocate murder...no I dont. I know what I would do is all.

I am being honest, and the highway patrol wanted me to lie. I dont need to be a part of that, added that I know the public doesn't value cops where they should.

Say like over on NE23 and Kelly in okc, or north Tulsa where over 125 episodes of First 48 have been filmed.

Yeah, we are police officers, not vigilantes. We can't just kill someone because they effed up or beat their children. Trust me, I've wanted to many, many times. But I took an oath to protect and serve, so that's what I do.

Can you imagine how hard it would be to provide first aid to some mutha****a who just tried to KILL ME!? But yet, that's what we have to do.

It's not for everyone. It's one of those careers that picks you instead of you picking it. It's either in you or it never will be.

So you say yay because of their physical prowess to lug around weight? You are sympathetic because they signed up to do that?

These cops always go to "i was following orders" which is the same statement given by most during the Nuremberg trials.

Again, your beef is with the administration. And I can see why OHP didn't want you -- I was an abused kid and I wouldn't orphan a child to "stop the cycle" ... Christ, so many things became clear about you with this one post.

Damn ...

Dude I get that, and I am not an ACAB type of person....honestly I don't belive cops are intellectual enough to question their superior.

It is that way by design and selection now. You know this too. Far as giving someone first aid after they tried to kill you....7y military myself, I know that decision very well.

I gave aid to the enemy. Which brings me to another point ...ex military that has been in combat has zero reason to be police.

When I got out in 05 everything looked like a nail, and I was a hammer, police force embodies that mentality because you become dependent on it.

In all honestly, probably should've stopped talking as previously suggested.
