I liked the Guiness draught out of the bottle last night. Can anyone tell the difference if from a can, or poured from can to glass?

Absolutely.

I prefer my Guinness directly in the glass from a tap. But if I can't do that, I'll take it from the bottle to the glass (I miss the rocket widget).

I will absolutely not drink a beer from an aluminum can. Keg? No problem ("dilution is the solution").
