I'm here in okc and I'm trying to trade with a guy who is in tennesse but he is a florida resident he's military.his brother is 5hr away he said he could have it sent to his brothers ffl and drive there to pick up anyway around this?
I may be incorrect but I believe you can legally purchase in person a rifle or shotgun from an FFL not in your state of residence. So, I assume this also applies to any long gun or shotgun transfer.
ship it to a closer FFL, and pay a small fee?
