Got the ac and cool bot installed but ran out of time for the electric.

How thick is the floor? Is it on concrete or wood?

It's on concrete. I only put 2" of blue board down and 3/4" pressure treated ground contact on top of the concrete. If that doesn't work I can pull the plywood and put more blue board down.

The walls are minimum 5 inch up to 6 inch.

I still need to build a rack for suspending meat. I have shelving already .

Ran it all night and the cool bot display showed 31°f this morning. I still need to build a rack for hanging meat and a vinyl air curtain.
