I took a picture of the sun today

where I work there is a airport next to us and at noon I watch for sky divers they do it a lot but there was a ring around the sun and a blue spot to the right

I’ve seen a rainbow ring around the sun in Arizona. It was high atmosphere ice crystals refracting light.
