Whatever people do on their own time is their business, that’s the beauty of America. Freedom for all. But I still don’t see why anyone who was a 5th grade teacher that got charged with Child Porography should ever be around kids again, much less in a position of authority in an elementary school. There was enough evidence to bring the charges up and go to trial, so I definitely wouldn’t have my kids around him.

A woman accuses you of rape, presents enough "evidence" to get it to trial, then drops charges or you're found innocent. But you're now a rapist based on the "trial". Makes sense to me.

There was enough evidence that he has pornographic images of children under 18 on his computer to hold a trial. Not accusations, not allegations brought by another person, but physical evidence. I’ve known people that blew a .19 while driving that got their aggrivated DUI dismissed and expunged simply because the paperwork was not correctly filed. Just because something was dismissed doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
