Who doesn't know that?? I mean I know I'm OLD and all but I thought that was common knowledge.

I've run across a lot of people that are old enough that they should know about things like 'Vaudeville' yet they have never heard of it. So many also automatically equate 'Drag-Queens', cross-dressers, and pedophiles as all being the exact same thing (they aren't). Seems that the 'dumbing down' of America is not confined to just the young folks these days.

They may not be -- BUT ... I used to work in the "hospitality" industry -- what a misnomer ... Anyway ... There are an exorbitant amount of "those" guys working for hotels, too. And more often than not they had off-color comments about the families that came thru with kids ... It was disgusting back in the late 70s and early 80s ... And it's disgusting now.

You know what they say about stereotypes. So ... Until proven otherwise I wouldn't trust ANY cross-dresser within 100 miles of one of my grandkids ... Or great-grandkids ...

Yes, I fully agree that 'Drag-Queens' have no place around children. I think 'cross-dressers' are just weird and of course pedophiles are down-right evil incarnate.

I disagree in that I do care what these people do in their off time. Any man dressing in drag should not be around kids.

I heard some of them were also eating poop as a fetish at one of the pride parades...I know gay people who do not want to be associated with any and all freakish behavior that exists.

Haha! I'm not sure pissed is the right word. Mortified is more like it.

My old boyfriend and I broke up. (One of the many times before Grumpy finally just stole me away. ) Anyway, I managed a motel and one of my desk clerks was a FLAMING ... Well, you know ... ANYWAY!!! He and his partner took me down to the motel that was their hangout back in the day. I can't think of the name of it now -- DAMN I didn't think I'd ever forget the name of that place ...

ANYWAY!!! I was heartbroken that a bunch of men dressed up like women were prettier and more dainty than 99% of the women I knew. And 99% of the women out there are daintier and prettier than me. I am the consummate tomboy. In fact, my mom used to tell me all the time that she was sure I was gonna grow up to be "one of those manly girls" because I'd rather wear jeans and boots than dresses and I loved hanging out with the guys at the barn instead of doing girl stuff in the house. She was SO good for my self-esteem. Lol No wonder I was a rebellious little ****.

He was found innocent of the charges against him but you're still calling him a pedophile. Seems more semantics to me. Defending innocent man? Yes. Defending pedophile? No. Unless you have proof he's an actual pedophile and can prove it in court of law (I'm guessing you'd share some of your stuff with him).

He is a drag queen who performs for children & had Porno pics of children on his computer. Are you saying he’s not attracted to children? There is evidence that he is. That alone should disqualify him from teaching children.
The charges were dismissed because the prosecutor couldn’t prove in court that the porno pics were under 18. But he did have pics of adolescent boys engaged in sex. That’s not disputed. He is an adult male that wears a dress & is sexually attracted to adolescent boys & you think it’s ok to work with children?? That’s grotesque.
