That’s true, do you know what a life membership costs? Maybe some day they’ll get rid of the crooks and I’ll want to participate again. Would then have to rejoin if I had canceled.

It was hilarious when the NRA Twitter account posted about the overwhelming support Wayne Lapierre received as they passed a resolution praising him. There were maybe 150 people there and most of them were Lapierre sycophants.



The members do not have a voice. The only action is to vote out the existing board members. They sent out 2 million ballots to qualified members and a little over 80K voted. That doesn't get change done.

I'm thinking the only way we get new leadership is if the State of New York is able to file criminal charges against Lapierre and his inner circle. But even then, he will just take it as a badge of honor and have members pay for his legal fees.

I am beyond disgusted

You don't need to win elections, you just need to be the one to count the votes.

Seems to be a lot of that going around these days.
