Here's a tip on lawnmowers, if you happen to hit a huge rock or object and bend the crankshaft, don't toss the mower. Tip the mower on end and place a pipe near the crankshaft (after you've taken the blade off). Take the sparkplug out and rotate the engine. You can see where the crankshaft is bent and when it gets to it's high Point hit it with a heavy hammer and if the engine is in a bind it will be easier to rotate the crank. Continue to work with it and youll have it workable and be able to mow. I've see mowers thrown away and I've taken them and straightened the shaft and they're fully functional.
