First mosey on over to the photo album and post your turkey gun pic here:

Then come back here and tell us your biggest tom ever, or whatever you wish to share. My biggest tom was a Caddo county bird with a 9.25" beard. He kicked my jake decoy's butt just prior to his demise, so he went out with a bang (so to speak). :) I think he was around 22 lbs before field dressing.

My biggest to date was a large eastern proudly taken on public land.

Beard 1 = 12in
Beard 2 = 10.5in
Beard 3 = 8.5 in

Spurs 1.75 in

Weight = 28lbs

Got him with a shotgun on the last weekend of the season. He came in dead quiet except for a couple of spit and drums. I had actually given up when I was about to fall asleep I heard his spit and drum on the ridge below. Gave him a couple of yelps and he stuck his head and neck up over the ridge. Its a good thing I didn't have alot of time to see how big he really was.

Great pics Dennis.....I just started hunting a few years ago and I will NEVER go again without a descent camera

I agree. With the above pics, I also have pics of the area, the setup, and everything else that makes a good hunt. Its all about the memories after the turkey dinner is done. This pic was of a hen getting ready to be bred.
