Plea deal wasn’t the issue, prob better for the victims to not have to publicly testify and look at the idiot in person. Rape is often hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

The main issue is the 2nd judge sentencing failure. He should have gotten the 8 years and been so ones @$)@“ in prison.
Should not be any plea deals offered in cases like this.
Wonder what the little perv is doing now?
Probably the same damn thing.

He plead guilty, as a juvenile. broke the terms as the original judge predicted. As such he wasn’t eligible for being a youthful offender. The original judge retired. New judge denied the youthful offender request, but then basically let him off instead of prison time. The new judge pretty much baffled every judge and lawyer I know.
Judges are just people to! Look at the Judge in Creek Country a few years ago, that was tried and convicted of e sex crimes, including masturbating UNDER the bench while court was in session!! Can yo believr that? I think he was also convicted of trading verdicts, for sexual favors?
