Sounds like something Biden might come up with to hurt Americans. If there is anyway he can hurt us, he'll go that route.
I know right. Totally doesn’t make sense. You would think he of all people wouldn’t be for heavy taxation to curtail private ownership of property. Principles shouldn’t be situational.

Off the creek that’s next to the river
Them damn emo/goth kids these days.
Lol, yah you gotta watch em…
Funny part is 3 of the previous landlords he listed said he was always on time.
Later I found out that he had two others he screwed, he rented my place before they filed suits for non payment. So for me it was a cake walk in court, he had just been at court a week prior for a previous suit and that landlord won as well.
Nothing showed or leaned to worry’s when I called his references and nothing was on ODCR or OSCN at that time.
Sucks that some people are pieces of crap but that’s the game you play in this part; I guess.

The next time they try one of those B.S. no evict deals. Read the fine print!
There was some deal about they had to file some displacement form with the feds by such and such date to be covered. I filed in court and evicted several.

Stop paying property taxes and we’ll see who the real owners are, lol
this x1000.

ownership is a meme. not to mention most rentals are still owned by the bank, as the renter is literally paying the mortgage plus a few extra hundo to the "owner".

surely you realize this isn't sound, just, nor what anyone founding this nation ever had in mind.

no i've literally always felt this way.
you might call me something of a socialist. i want what's best for my fellow americans. i don't subjugate them thru usury. credit debt and debt to academia (which is debt to the same people), in addition to mortgage debt (three strikes!), is basically our entire economy.

monetized debt. why on earth would anyone support this system? everyone knows it's bunk. "oh just do it tho, once you get on top you can be the one f'ing over other people; then it's great!"

lol i don't care what you call me; you know it's true. i know plenty of extremely wealthy people who don't exploit their fellow man for a few more boomer bux. those who do.....yeah you guys suck lol.

Seems like what you’re doing is working well though.

it's certainly the trend. all the people you guys let invade for the last 40 years agree with me. ever heard of this?

terrible spokesperson, but if THAT is the kind of person encouraging these tactics....

good luck defending multiple properties when it goes down. how many houses did the forefathers own? was exploiting slaves and endured servants a good thing?
