Well I went to ACE check cashing on NW expressway & they verified the check was a good one and charged me $12 to cash a $160 check...
My bank advised they would be unable to tell if its a good MO until it clears...
So for $12 I got some piece of mind that its a good check .. Unless they call me in 3 weeks saying that was a bad check lol
