I've been doing a little research and found that on some websites the cost of housing is going to implode and if you're going to sell, do it now! Frankly, I hate to move but our house is too large for two people so I am going o wait and see what happens and if I can snag a good home that is energy efficient, I may do that and lease this one until the market picks up and then sell.
