Zion National Park - View from the Canyon Overlook Trail
Zion is actually more than one canyon. The overlook lets one see the Highway 9 canyon. Highway 9 passes by the main Zion canyon on its way to Hurricane and St. George, UT. One can drive through the Hwy 9 canyon at any time, but the main canyon requires visitors to ride their shuttle buses because of the high volume of people visiting.
