Well I called to check on a price of a gun after thanksgiving and I got the answering machine and was instructed to leave a message. I left my message and still have not gotten a call back from them. Nice customer service!

For one of them to call you back, it would require them to get their ass of the damn stool. Went in with a buddy one day, after standing in front of the gun he wanted for like ten minutes, he laid out the cash on the counter, still took 5 minutes for someone to show up. Wasnt busy, this was in the middle of a weekday.

Ya I had that happen but funny thing was when they finally called me back after 10 days they said they just sold last one the day before. Which was also me. I said ya that was me that bought it. Don't know why I still shop there.

Call the Tin Star Shooting Range.... I will almost guarantee they will treat you as if you were human. good prices too

Yeah their customer service sucks bigtime. The only person that would ever act like an actual salesman and aknowledge your presence now works at H&H.

I'm glad I don't have these problems. I can go in there to look for something and get offered help within minutes of walking in maybe I just look like trouble though....
