They haven't made you evacuate?

A few years ago there was a "bomb scare" at a substation a good half mile from the apartment I wad living in. They were supposedly evacuating people (I never heard word of this while I was there) but they weren't letting people back in once they left. Turned out to be a tool box left by a worker that had a faded sticker that said "boom" or something similar.

Keep us updated if anything happens (hopefully not).
