I'll be using my .30-06 Weatherby Mark V Fibermark again with my T/C Encore in a 6.5x284 16" packable rifle & .308 24" as standby. The Wilson CQB will be on my side as always for finishing/<40 yd. shots!

Ruger M77 International in 30-06 is my goto gun.
Ruger M77 stainless in 7 mag for longer than normal shots
Marlin 30-30 with red dot for up close & personal shots in heavy cover
My eyes have gotten too old for iron sights so I now have to use optics on all my rifles.

Here is my best buck...taken in 08 with my .270. I got it for Christmas when I was 16 and it is a tack driver. Checked the sights today and hit the 1" red circle in the middle. It wears a Shepherd 3.5x10 range finding scope. Longest kill with it so far is 475 yrds.
