I see it's jammed. Employee should have called him out and and laughed at him for not racking the slide with more authority!

That employee did exactly what he should do. He was a pretty cool customer too. There is another register there the guy didn't get. Probably two drop boxes underneath he didn't get. Definitely a safe in the back of the restaurant he didn't get either. Not only did he not know how to handle a gun, he didn't know how to handle a robbery. Nobody got hurt and they got a wonderful image of the robber on video. Hope they caught him.

We all looked at that at work. Should of grabbed that pistol out of his hands,racked in another round insuring it went fully into battery and then gave it back to him so he could properly rob him in a professional manner. These amateur gunmen really give armed robbery a bad name.
