Yes in parts of Oklahoma timber is bought and sold on a regular basis. Thing is like has been said acreage, species, and distance from a sawmilll. If you don't have all three of those things you not going to have much interest.
There is a guy with a sawmill down by Peggs that pays for trees. You'd be responsible for cutting and hauling. My dad trades out trees for sawing and for other lumber. It's a pretty good drive from Claremore but doable. There may be similar deals available closer if you have the means of cutting and hauling.
