Until she is willing to use deadly force to defend her life, she has no need for a gun. It will be taken away from her and used on her and maybe some innocent. She can always quit walking, or go to a mall.
I think there is a reason the indoor malls are going away for the most part. Penn Square is frequented by gangs, and the mall between OKC and Moore(can't remember the name) has became a gang haven as well.
Everything seems to be going to outside malls.

Simply not true. If the threat is a dog, then .22 could be a good option. If the threat is a "timid" hostile, there is a chance that simply having a weapon would deter further harm upon presentation.

Not all threats are big, bad guys running at you with intent to kill.


I agree that she needs to understand the responsibility of carrying a weapon, but to say the ONLY need anyone has EVER had for a gun was to use deadly force on another human is wrong.
