Don't think so, but I assume he's talking about wedding vows.

As far as I know, those vows are between each person involved and not Uncle Sam, and in my experience they vary from marriage to marriage.

So if an agent, theoretically, was in a polyamorous marriage (vastly different from polygamy), as even JFK may have been, would he have really violate his "oath"?

That Secret Service motto of "Wheels Up, Rings Off" is going to have to be changed now!

Poor Secret Service guys, now they will be limited to sitting around in their hotel rooms at night drinking O'Doul's and having circle-jerks.
