I lift weights three times a week and have been for several years now. Other than that, just family stuff with the wife and kids. I usually find some type of project to tinker with in the garage to listen to music and have a few beers.
Oh yea, I also usually coach or help coach T-ball for my youngest boy and little league for my oldest boy when the season rolls around.
