Nathans makes an amazing hotdog but I've found their store bought lacking. The VERY best dog available in OKC, is available at Kamp's Meat Market. It's called the "Chi Town Frank" and they have them shipped in from........Chicago of course. Anywho, stop in and buy some, you'll never eat another brand again. They are pretty big too so no more little weenies...hot dog wise anyway.

Nathans or Hebrew National if we're talkin' your basic "hot dog" here on a regular plain old white-bread hot dog bun with mustard, chili and onions. If we can broaden our culinary horizons a bit to include "hot links" as well as "hot dogs" then Braum's makes an awesome hot link!

Then again...if you slather enough chili and onion on it, it really doesn't matter much if it's a Buy for Less or a Top Dollar Dawg...

Jim;s never on Sunday has squeeze cheese but whenever I go I always get the chicken oregano or a rib eye. One of the better dogs you can get is from Grumpy on 15th and peoria in the summer. He has a small smoker and makes them right there on the corner....

There is only one true hotdog and that is a Chicago Dog made with Vienna hotdog.
