Yes, these Civivi's are outstanding knives. There's 3 Civivi knives in there, same handle on all of them.

I had an Elementum once upon a time. I loved the action of it, but it was a little small for my mitts. I need to check out the Conspirator. It looks like a goodun.

If you mean Chinese, then yes but they are not sweat-shop China. Far, Far better then their budget price. I have looked over 50-60 reviews, and can not find anything bad said about them.
