I think this is truly a simple and honest case of this fellow not knowing the Oklahoma carry law. The proof is that he not only didn't know he couldn't constitutionally carry a gun, he didn't know the law about not constitutionally being able to carry a meth pipe. Not guilty by reason of confusion!
