Was a reality for me at one point. 15 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer, 10 years ago I was diagnosed the second time. With 4 kids, I had to sell everything to stay afloat. I thought I would be out of the gun game, my passion and hobby for the rest of my life. The 5 years after I couldn't afford anything. The one gun I kept through it all was my Beretta 92, nothing I trust more with my life. I can hit 100 yards all day and its 100% reliable.

My Cz75 for a side arm my Ruger mini 14 for my long gun and Winchester 1200 for my shotgun.

All three are super reliable and all three can be used to defend or harvest wild game if needed.

Plus all three are running very common ammo for easy resupply. 9mm , 5.56 , 12 gage.

Can't figure out how to get down to only 3, but I can get to 4.
Pistol - Springfield XD9 Mod2
Shotgun - Remington 870
Rifle1 - Savage AxisII, scoped, .223
Rifle2 - AR15, .223
Best I can do.

Lets say you have to downsize to only three guns for all potential scenarios. Sky is the limit. Curious what everyone's picks would be.

Define “gun”.

12 ga probably a break action or pump
.22 rifle capable of S, L & LR, probably a Model 61
Any Bolt 30-06

Those would feed me, ammo would be the easiest to obtain.

9mm pistol (it’s a pistol, not a gun)
