so far so good i am quite happy with the way this is turning out, my next bottles of liquid i get i am going to drop the nicotine level, so that maybe i can ween myself from that as well. now i need to set up a daily transfer from my checking to my savings for what i would have spent buying a pack a day. All the tragedy that some of you have been thru should be enough for anyone to quit, but unfortunately it is not enough, there has to be a serious want to give it up

Im coming up on 2 years smoke free on the 27th this month.

I tried gum, lozenges, patches, e-cig and nothing worked for me. So I went cold turkey and was the biggest ass for almost a month...thought I was gonna die for sure lol.

I know it`s hard but you just have to suck it up and deal with feeling like crap for a while. It`s worth it in the end.

My girlfriend quit about a year ago and the money we`re saving is unreal.

Good luck to all of you trying to quit. And remember: Yeah, quitting sucks but dying of cancer sucks a lot more.
