It was a big piece of Tulsa's history and many peoples lives, now it's said that Zingo is for sale on EBay. In return there's a nice parking lot.

Yeah progress. Same here in OKC, tore down the OKC Raceway and gonna put a parking lot.

Reminds me of the song,"paved paradise and put in a parking lot".

Those films originated from a stack of films thrown out by KOTV in the early 90s and were rescued from the trash by Rex Daugherty, then manager of KOED here in Tulsa. He later resigned his job and the new manager, Jack Frank, turned those old films into a gold mine. After the first release people from all over started giving him their old home movies to use to make more of those films. The rest, as they say, is history.
