Uberti SAA .44 mag problem

Ok, I picked up a 1873 Colt clone Uberti .44 mag. Looks like a great gun...really good price. One problem, sometimes when I pull the hammer back the cylinder doesn't turn. It looks like the small metal piece on the inside of the cylinder housing under the cylinder that locks the cylinder and retracts when the hammer is pulled isn't catching %100 of the time.

Any thought. I know this is totally random..I'm just new to single action revolvers.

Ok, I stripped it down....it looks like it's a spring near the hammer arm....really filthy and looks like it just needed to be tinkered with. Seems to work fine now.

I didn't know they had .44 "magnum" rounds in 1873.
